The following positions will be available in the near future

 

Marketing  Director

The marketing director will assemble a team to generate additional income through securing clients who wish to do advertising through the company. 

Each team member must have PMA skills and excellent customer service skills. This position is commissioned based.

Route Specialists:

A route specialist must have a valid drivers license. Good driving record.

Needs to be dependable, reliable, hard worker and independent. Must be able to deal with inclement weather and heavy loads.  Must be at work by 7:30 in the morning or earlier and work late from time to time.  Must pass fingerprint, background and drug test.  Proficency in math is a plus. Must dress neatly and in uniform.

 

Route Supervisor:

 

Must have excellent people skills.

Must be knowledgable of how to run routes. 

Must be able to train employees and treat them with respect. 

Must be able to assist management with reports.

Must keep accurate time sheet records.

 

Account Specialists:

 

Must be able to accurately log in shifts

Must be able to key in log reports

Must complete daily and weekly inventory logs.

Must have excelent customer service skills

Must set up appointments with new and prospective clients.

Must be proficent in math.

 

Field Managers:

 

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Must locate new clients

Must arrange presentations for prospective clients

Must be able to successively close deals

Must assist in other areas where needed.

 

Client Locators/Account Closers:

 

Work from home position with three levels of commission only pay.  Must have excellent telephone skills, Great customer service skills.  Ability to understand and document important information for and from the potential client. 

Levels of commission include:

1. landing new accounts  first level bonus (locating the account and setting up the interview.  If account is acquired you will get a bonus according to the location size and ability of that size to generate revenue)

2. Closing on the account.  If you land and close the account you will receive the second bonus

3. Account retention:  If the account is retained and a great producing account, you will get bonuses based on the retention of the account for a predermined period
